One of the main precepts of the Law of Attraction is that the level of vibrational frequency and the flow of energy is controlled by thought.
Through your deliberate thoughts, you can bring yourself into vibrational harmony with (and attract) anything you desire.

Mastering the power of intention—that is, deliberate thought—to manifest what you want in life, is a three-step process:

Ask, Believe and Receive

Think of your mind as a GPS system, like the one on your smartphone or in your car.
With every picture you visualize, you’re “inputting” the destination you want to get to.

Step 1:  Ask…
Start consciously and intentionally creating your future.
Use positive words that focus the universe on what you want.
Replace negative images and thoughts with positive ones.
Ask for what you want. Then let the universe worry about how you’ll get it.

Step 2: Believe...
Decide, with conviction, that what you want will absolutely happen.
Take action to create your desired result, affirming with enthusiasm your belief, in what you want.

Follow your inspiration. Stay excited about where you are headed. There is nothing that moves you faster in the direction you want to be headed than to stay excited! Do whatever it takes to keep you in the excitement mode.

Step 3: Receive...
Become a vibrational match by focusing on creating positive emotions of love, joy, appreciation, and gratitude throughout your day.

Use affirmations to create a vibrational match.
Create a vibrational match through appreciation and gratitude.

Speak Out

 Let’s turn this Country around before we look like Cuba and then try to back peddle our way out of this mess. 

Get involved.

We live in a Country where anything is possible. Let’s keep it that way. Our Forefathers gave their lives so we could live free. 

There are just a few trying to control us. Don’t let them intimidate you. If you are afraid or worried you will lose everything, think about your children’s future. What will it look like for them if you don’t speak out? If we stay silent, Cuba is a good example of what our future will look like. We will find our children digging their way out from under government tyranny. 

I saw Cuban people wrapping themselves in our beautiful United States flag. Why do things seem to always go too far before we take action? We have an extraordinary Country! Why does everyone want to come here if that were not true? When we have other countries honoring our American flag, we see a few Americans burning our flag. How SAD! What are those that love our flag saying that we need to embrace now?

Moving into 2021

No rehearsing your mistakes…Leave them at the door of 2020. 🙂

These are a few nuggets to share with you as we move into 2021.

Go thru your phone pictures and make a collage with the favorite memories you want to carry over to 2021. Sweet things that remind you of what you want to repeat, things that make you or others smile.
Find the gift in the crap and bring it with you. This has been the year from heaven and hell. What am I saying? There are things that have raised questions and concerns; that make us think about our lives, our family and our Country; our God and what He wants for you. Reflect on what you know to be true and sift out the crap. Take the good stuff with you into 2021.
Look inward to see what works for you and polish it until it shines. Take it with you into 2021.
Envision your best year and what you want to create in 2021. Make a plan and execute your plan with gusto!

“Compartmentalize”

Clarity and Knowing are big objectives for me. This is what I came up with and want to share this with you.
Things you can’t do anything about…Give to God.
Don’t sit and stew about “worry things”…Make a plan and execute your plan.
COMPARTMENTALIZE your thoughts from low to high priority. When you do this, your mind can’t keep throwing you thoughts to make you worry or stress. You will decide what you will think about and when. When you are finished with a certain thought, put it back in its assigned compartment. Then move on.
This will give you peace and clarity. Sharon, your coach

The China Virus Epic

Reinvent YOU at this pivotal time. This is a perfect time to tweak you. to see what needs to change. What you need to add to your livelihood.
Close your eyes, see something breathtaking and breathe into it. Now just relax in this feeling. Keep your eyes closed. Keep breathing…Now begin to see beyond your beautiful scene.

What do you see coming that will totally reinvent you? Just let it hang around and begin to expand on it. See it getting bigger and bigger until it surrounds you. Like sweet smelling smoke that rises to mingle with the air and spreads everywhere.

When you are ready, open your eyes and get started on your masterpiece.

Is Your House On FIRE???

Am speaking about your mind. The narrative that is playing for you over and over again in your mind. The conditioned mind that concocts up things from the past to fuel the fire of your mind. To encourage you to complain about things you have no control over. How can you put the fire out? Look at what you are fuming about.
Now, put it in the present moment. Does it look different? In the present moment, there is no fear. Everything just is…neither good nor bad, but what thought you give it. You are in the present moment when you need to focus on the immediate circumstance you are experiencing; like racing competitively, a life-death situation or any event that puts you right in the middle of a need for a split-second reaction.
When you cannot control the situation, you can rise above it, when you stay in the moment. You can let it go and move on to a more productive and peaceful lifestyle.

No Fear Mongering!!!

It is very interesting because when the swine flu came the news never even mentioned it until over 1000 people died and then it was on the last page. Swine flu killed 18,000 people in America. Hospitalized over 300,000 and many more contracted it. We are so fortunate to live here where immediate action was taken to prevent the spread. Good hand washing and often. Stay away from coughers. Most of all, stop giving it any energy by talking about it and listening/watching news. No fear!!!

Deuteronomy 8:18

If you follow the Word of God, you will be happy now and you won’t have to wait until you pass thru the pearly gates.

You are heirs of Christ when you follow His Lead.

If not, you will live in slavery. Political slavery still exists. If you depend on the government, as we have seen thru the ages, is not the answer.

All wealth comes from God. If you do all for His glory, He will provide for all your needs and multiple them many times over.

A man, lost as a goat in a snow storm, listened about tithing. Like lightning striking, after he tithed, the next day a deal came into his life and he benefited abundantly.

Another man obeyed God’s principles of financial management, he became a millionaire many times over.

John Hagee was desperate to fund his church. A man sold John a share of stock that was at one dollar. The stock began to rise and rise like a magnificent bread dough. John paid all the bills, sold the stock and the stock hit rock bottom again.

God is in charge.

No Mashugana

Are you trying to push your boulder of a dream uphill? No matter how hard you work or plan for your dream, if you don’t have the right mindset, it will feel like you are trudging uphill pushing a BIG boulder.

STOP!

It doesn’t have to be this way!

Take a deep breath, then get your head clear of any negative thinking….no stinkin thinking in your universe!  Out with the mashugana; in with the blissful thoughts.

Keep it that way! What ever you need to do to keep negative thoughts out of your vocabulary.

When you do this, your life, your world, will be a BOWL OF CHERRIES! Because you will be pulling in all the positive frequencies that make whatever you do, achieve or just BE deliriously delicious!
