Clarity and Knowing are big objectives for me. This is what I came up with and want to share this with you.
Things you can’t do anything about…Give to God.
Don’t sit and stew about “worry things”…Make a plan and execute your plan.
COMPARTMENTALIZE your thoughts from low to high priority. When you do this, your mind can’t keep throwing you thoughts to make you worry or stress. You will decide what you will think about and when. When you are finished with a certain thought, put it back in its assigned compartment. Then move on.
This will give you peace and clarity. Sharon, your coach
